My college education is in Marketing and Advertising, followed by an executive MBA (E-Business), both from ESPM, Brazil. I have been working in the internet industry since 1995. The diversity of projects I have been involved in allowed me to develop a wide range of skills, including Project Management, Web Design, Account Management, Consulting, (Corporate) Blogging, (Copy)writing, Online Marketing and Advertising, Information Architecture, Content management, Community planning and management.

I spent the first 7 years of my career in this industry working for new media agencies. In 2002 I became an independent professional. Even through my corporate years, I was already running online projects on the side. As an independent professional I specialized in blogging (corporate and otherwise) and worked as a designer and a consultant. I currently run several online projects (including 6 blogs). New projects are in planning stage. I'm also an editor at Meio Bit, the most prominent Brazilian blog on technology and the internet industry and the designer of "Connections", the popular award winning WordPress theme.

I'm an experienced blogger and online community builder, a self-starter, self-motivated, multi-skilled professional, who loves taking up on new challenges.

My work with blogs has been featured in off-line media in 2 mainstream magazines in Brazil (Revista Época Negócios, Revista Info) and other smaller publications.
