  Founded in 2008, Mestre-Cuca is my own creative studio. I am now directing teams to develop all kinds of creative projects, but working mostly with Internet advertising and design. Managing multifunctional freelancer professionals in order to deliver high quality works.

  Tribo Interactive is one of the biggest Internet Advertising agencies in Brazil. As an Art Director, I was the creative person in charge of some of Tribo Interactive's major jobs, working in several steps of interactive projects development: creating the concepts and visual identity, conducting the work of designers, art assistants, illustrators and flash programmers at layout, production and animation development for top multi-international brands.

  I founded Pancomunicação with some college friends at 2004 (me and three other partners: a planner, a copywriter and an account executive), and that was our first attempt to run our own business. We started really well, and had some great clients as Accor Hotels (Mercure and Sofitel brands), but we worked together for some months, and discovered that "being the boss" is not as easy as at looks. For sure one of the richest experiences from my professional career. We can learn a lot from failure.

  Agência ESPM is the advertising agency from “Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing”, the university where I was graduated.
  Working there, I received training for “Internet Advertising Development” from some of the greatest professors in Brazil and started developing sites and campaigns for medium-sized clients.

  I started my career in 2001, at Web Extreme. There, I had my first professional contact with Internet development, doing basic HTML sites (coding and design) and some Flash 4 animation for small clients.
  
  This was my first professional experience, but before that, when Internet was just a newborn baby, I was already developing Internet sites and graphic design as a personal teenager hobby. Also, I am a Internet heavy user since it's beggining (geek). =)
