I was a fitness instructor during 20 years and it was a great time, giving amazing classes in big health clubs such as Runner and Cia Athletica in São Paulo city. In the beginning of my career, I was a fitness studio's owner and instructor of fitness and dance classes. I traveled a lot because I had the responsability of leader of a dance group. I had been teaching for universities in Physical Education courses (Uni Ibirapuera and Uni ABC) until I opened my own business. As a sales manager at Body Systems Latin America, I learned a lot with Les Mills International and I was introduced to many people like Phillip Mills, who was my mentor during this time and will always be in my heart. I have taken a graduate course at univesity - Marketing and Human Resources - to improve my career and myself and I also had a great experience with holistics themes and Physical Education with Edson Claro and learned a lot about Lowen, Therese Bertherart, Gaiarsa, do- in, shiatsu, Reich and so on.
My mission is to improve this industry because I believe we can do a lot of things for people, their health, the planet... We can help people discover happiness, become healthy, and it will be good for the people and for the goverment, which can spend more money with poor people and education and not only with people who don't have a good and healthy life.

I worked for a big Health Club in Brasil named Bio Ritmo running Marketing, Human Resources (Human Sigma, Gallup estrategies), new developing business (Franchising) and Training sessions to all leaders from 2006 to 2009. I am a strategic consultant, including business plan & sales strategy development to the fitness and wellness industry. I wrote 3 books in this field: How To Manage Health Clubs (sales, human resources and marketing) and, in 2009, a new one about careers (How to improve yours). I have been as a Business & Life coach since jan 2009.
