Unfortunately I had a quick experience at Predicta, due to the financial crisis. It was a great time and I've really nice experiences to share here with you.
My duty was to take care of the relationship between the Predicta and the Predictors(employees). Endomarketing was the main tool to develop it. The company was growing up, and I had to help them to bring back the familiar productive and nice environment.
I was responsible for creating the concept, message, format and mainly to make it happens. Interact, inform and ensure everyone enjoy together a great time, were the structure of every endomarketing move.
I also created an twitter account to make this conversation even more instant. It turned into one of our main channels of communication inside the company. It very quickly, brought people closer than before.
And another fundamental thing: Maintain the corporate identity in every single move we had to do.
