• Bradesco Seguros (Insurance / Rio de Janeiro - RJ): Legal risk management project regarding legal risk analysis both qualitative and quantitative. The V@R methodology was applied at this project the determinate the companies exposure to risk and to set capital allocation as a reserve for that.

In charge of the implementation of the companies ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, certified ISO and PBQP-H (Brazilian civil construction standard) in 2006 by BVQI (Bureau Veritas).

During this project several duties were performed such as:
• Development of the companies vision, mission and its Quality Manual.
• Development of all the companies internal procedures regarding, for example, purchase of materials and hire of services, human resources, standards for specific services at the construction field and inspection of materials, among others. At all the procedures' manuals a process diagram (flowchart type) was attached to show the procedure in a step-by-step orientation.
• Development of a list of services and materials whose execution / purchase had to be controlled, checked according to the procedures and tested.
• Staff training on all new procedures, including both office and field staffs.
• Internal quality audits both at the construction fields and at the companies office.

Tasks regarding health and safety of life were also performed apart of the quality project, were a few procedures and training programs were developed. That work approved the company to run for the 2007 "VITAE-RIO Award on Health and Safety at Construction Companies" , were the organization was awarded "Bronze Award". The VITAE-RIO award is held by the Rio de Janeiro Construction Companies Union - SINDUSCON-RIO since 2006.

Invited by the Brazilian Navy to be one of the two Brazilian Merchant Marine Officers on board the training ship "Brazil" for the XVIII Brazilian Navy Cadets` Sea Training Program, performed worldwide.
