Working as System Architect and Technical Team Leader of a project designed to integrate c.300 client specific websites under one portal with a single sign on utilising SOA. Caixa Econômica Federal Bank is the main agent of the Brazilian federal government responsible for Brazilian Social Security. Managing a team of 10 highly skilled developers the project delivered a high scalable architecture based on Java J2EE and mainframe, with MVC framework controlling all application ‘look and feel’. All editorial information and administrator web site with rules and complete work flow was contained to publish content on the fly and display statistical reports. The solutions resulted in the system managing c.400,000 requests per day.
Environment: 2 Sun F15 K boxes running Solaris with SunOne and Oracle and 2 Full IBM’s T-REX Mainframes.

KDDI Nethall is a Brazilian affiliate of the Japanese telecom company KDDI. As Software Analyst and Programmer the role required assisting sales in pre-sales activity, qualifying client requirements, creating proposals, design and implementing solutions in diverse environments such as UNIX/WINNT, MS SQL Server, Oracle, PHP, ASP and Java (server side and applets).
A key achievement was the creation of KDDI product called “WAPCAT” (WAP Content Administration Tool), which supported the first Brazilian WAP Portal. The WAPCAT editorial rules such as reporters and editors, and a complete workflow to publish content on the fly was obtained.
