Currently working as a freelancer, I've already had my own company, where I started learning Python, Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Working with teams, sharing ideas and knowledge is one of the most important things in software development for me. Particularly I'm a little bit perfectionist about everything I'm working on, sometimes it's hard and may lead to some problems, although in most cases it has helped me a lot.
